Guaranteed On-Time Delivery

At Plaques2Go we understand how important it is that your items arrive on time. We guarantee that your awards will arrive by the specified delivery date or your order is free. If you need your awards faster than our standard production time, we offer a rush production service for the greater of $10.00 or 10% of the order total. Rush production can be requested with our Platinum Plus shipping method. Please indicate the date you need your awards in the Customer Comments box or contact Customer Service to ensure timely delivery.

Guaranteed Accuracy

Our engravers take pride in their design and layout expertise and our proofing process allows you to collaborate with them to perfect the layout prior to engraving your awards. Your proof will arrive via email within 2 business days and must be approved by you prior to engraving.

Samples Policy

Plaques2Go does not generally provide free samples. If you would like to see a particular product, we ask that you order the item through our website in the standard manner. If you decide to move forward with a larger order, Plaques2Go will credit you for any quantity discounts. Please contact Customer Service for assistance.

Claims Policy

Plaques2Go is not responsible for damaged caused by shipping companies. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, we will make every effort to correct the situation. Please call Customer Service for assistance with any problems.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before engraving or production has begun without penalty. If engraving and/or production has already started, there will be a cancellation fee proportional to the amount of the order completed. If you need to cancel an order, please contact Customer Service immediately.
