Lead time and delivery

Our shipping options are based upon your chosen service level which includes production time, shipping method and shipping destination. Each service level gives a different price and guaranteed arrival date. Pick the service level that gives your needed guaranteed arrival date.

Order Cutoff Time

The cutoff time for an order to be placed is prior to 2 pm (PST), otherwise the order will not be considered placed until the following day.

Shipping Method

Spotlight Awards ships orders using UPS with the exception of overseas orders that are shipped USPS.

Standard Lead-time Orders

Our production time varies with the season and specific product, and is usually between 2-7 business days. The current production time for most products is displayed on our homepage at our web site. Some items have a slightly longer production time, which is indicated in the individual product description. Please feel free to contact our customer service staff if you need help choosing an award that will fit into your time frame. Note: Customers are required to approve artwork within the allotted time frame. Failure to approve artwork can result in failure to meet delivery date or costly shipping upgrades. Holidays and weekends are not considered business days.

Rush Orders

If you need your items faster than our standard production time, we offer a rush production service for $10.00 or 10% of the order total, whichever is greater. Please select the Platinum Plus service level and specify the date you require your awards in the Customer Comments box or contact Customer Service to ensure timely delivery.
